Code

  • ci.yml

Checks every pull request and every push to main with pnpm run verify, the script a site's deploy and a package's release run first too. It doesn't deploy or release, and it's the same in every repository, so what a repository adds goes in verify. The job is named ci, the check that branch protection requires.

  • label.yml

A package's release notes are grouped by the label on each pull request, so a pull request without one can't merge. The labels are the ones .github/release.yml names. The job is named label, a check the main ruleset requires next to ci.

  • release.yml

Merging a new version in package.json releases it. The workflow checks the package, stages it on npm, then tags the merged commit vX.Y.Z and publishes a GitHub Release with the tarball. Nobody pushes a tag by hand. This file is the same in every package, copied from craftz's reference/package/ folder, so it names no package and reads everything from package.json.
